Not an Endless Summer

It is August which is usually a great time to be outside as it is a little bit dryer and a little cooler at night.  It also unfortunately signifies the end of summer.  If you haven't already, really try to make the best use of the nice weather outside.  By the time the winter comes around you will wish you did.  Walking, running, jogging are all typical ways to utilize the outdoors.  However, you can bring weights outside, flip a tire, chop wood etc.. to add a little variety.  Another thought, if this really isn't your thing but you like excercise, go explore a new town or walk around your exisiting one.  You can make a date of it with your significant other.  Park outside the town and walk around- doing this after dinner is really good.  Hopefully, this might add a little motivation because as know, the summer is not endless.

Nut butter acts as the binder as well as the source of most of the protein in this recipe, while oats and dark chocolate chips give it its cookie-like quality while adding both fiber and antioxidants.

1 1/2 tbsp nut butter, 3 tbsp oats, 1/2 tbsp honey, 1/2 tbsp dark chocolate chips, rolled into balls: 8 grams protein
